Need help burning a DVD?
We now offer DVD Studio Pro technical support for those who are finding themselves frustrated by not being able to burn their DVD's. When you utilize this service, we will either connect through the internet to your Mac computer, or use the telephone to talk you through the problem. We can help you with things such as:
- Bringing you media into the software
- Setting up menus and sub-menus
- Making and using navagation buttons
- Creating chapter markers for navagation
- Burning DVD's without a menu
- Using the transitions
- Utilizing the templates
- Modifying playback controls
- and these are only some of the things we can help you with.
We offer internet technical support and internet classes Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (U.S.A.). In most instances you will be able to obtain immediate internet support or training after payment has been received.
