Learn To Use Your Mac With Our Online Classes

If you find yourself becoming frustrated trying to figure out some of the basic applications on your Mac we are here to help. Let's say you just unpacked your new Mac, plugged it in and booted it up. You marvel at how great the desktop and icons look, but soon you realize that although it looks beautiful, you can't seem to figure out how anything works. Perhaps you are a PC person new to the Mac or a first time computer user. It really doesn't matter what degree of experience you have, everyone at some point needs a little training to help them accomplish their goals on a Mac. If you are lucky, you have a friend who knows the Mac that can help you out when they have the time. Otherwise, we can be that Mac friend when you sign up for a Basic Mac internet class. You can register online or call us during normal business hours to set up a Basic Mac training session through the internet and start getting the most out of your Mac. Each training session is 50 minutes long and the trainer can go through whichever Mac applications you choose. If you have a webcam or regular dv camera with firewire attached to your computer, you will have visual and audio contact with your trainer before the session begins. If you do not have either of these a phone connection will be necessary to have audio contact with the trainer. Once the session begins you will no longer have visual contact with the the trainer but will maintain audio contact. All Mac laptops made in the last few years have the camera and microphone built in so that makes it easier to connect. A screen share function will enable the trainer to control your Mac as well as see everything you are doing on the computer. The trainer can then easily guide you through the steps needed to teach you what you want to learn. If necessary, we can take control of your Mac and show you how to accomplish whatever you are trying to do. So the training can be as interactive as you want it to be. It is best if you formulate a list of questions you have about your Mac beforehand, so the trainer can immediately start your training session in the direction that is most relevant to you. So don't waste hours, days or even weeks trying to get your Mac to work for you. Give our internet classes a try.
